Submission of Papers

• Authors are required to submit their papers adhering to the specified format

• The final paper should be written in English with a maximum paper length of eight printed pages including figures strictly with the IEEE manuscript template.
• The Authors must upload their papers onto the conference website link only

• The submitted papers must be original and unpublished

• Double-blind peer reviews will be followed.
• Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
• Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author attend and present the paper at the conference. Non-presented paper will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore® digital library as per IEEE no-show policy.
• Extended version of paper will be published in the web of science /Scopus indexed journals.

Peer Review Process

• Each submitted manuscript will receive a unique paper -id.
• The manuscripts will be initially screened to check for the conference scope and originality.
• All the submitted manuscripts will be sent for technical peer review process (double blind) and the corresponding author will be notified the outcome of the review process. If reviewers recommended for further improvements in the manuscript, the manuscript will be sent back to the corresponding author
• The revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted within fifteen days on the date of notification.
• The final decision on the manuscript will be announced after the third round of evaluation by the technical program committee.

Registration Details

• At least one author must register to include the paper in the conference. If more than one author of an accepted paper wish to attend the conference, all such authors need to register separately as listener by paying applicable registration fee.
• Certification Available (hardcopy/ softcopy ) only for paid Registration.
• Each registration(IEEE member/non-member/student/Life Member) covers only one paper per registrant. Each additional accepted paper can be registered at applicable as per the category of authors.
• No refunds will be made after payment
